Unfortunately when you add something to your cart it does not take it out of stock. So you don't miss out on your selected styles and size, we suggest you process and complete your order to avoid any disappointment.
WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE
All orders are processed on the same day as your order. Depending on your location delivery of your order can take 12 to 20 days to receive. WHY WAS MY SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGED AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT BEING CHARGED?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We process all returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 3 business days within peak seasons for us to process your return once we have received it. You will be notified once your return has been processed via the email address in your SAINT B customer account.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT OR COMBINE TWO ORDERS?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we cannot add an item or combine the contents with another order.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

IT LOOKS LIKE MY CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE. WHY?
Your card was only charged once. What you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorization. If you need help speeding up the process you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Due to an unforeseen occurrence, the item you ordered is out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order is unavailable, you will be contacted immediately about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, we will NOT ship your incomplete order until we have been notified as to how you would like to be reimbursed for the unavailable product.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped to. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. We cannot control this and SAINT B is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from SAINT B, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SAINT B. This amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED THE AUTOMATED EMAIL WITH MY VOUCHER DETAILS?
Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided in your SAINT B order. You will receive a separate email containing your Gift Voucher details and how to use your Gift Voucher. If you are unable to locate this email with your voucher details, please search your JUNK & SPAM inboxes. Depending on your email security settings, this email may have gone there. If you are unable to locate this email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com & we'll be able to assist you.
